  • This web page contains a discussion of the various temporary and permanet visas. Temporary visas, called nonimmigrant visas, include the B visa, E visa, F visa, H visa, I visa, and the L visa. There is also a discussion of the employment based permanent residence visas and family based permanent visas.
  • This web page further contains a discussion of estate planning, trsuts, wills, and probate.Various estate planing options are discussed and the use of trusts in estate planning. Also death taxes and probate procedure are explained. The difference between a will and trust is also discussed.

  • ASIA AMERICA SYMPHONY GOLF TOURNAMENT
    The annual Asia America Symphony golf tournament will be held on Monday, April 30, 2012.  The event will be held at Rolling Hills Country Club in Rolling Hills Estates, California.  Mr. Takata supports this tournament and urges anyone interested to attend.  Information can be found at the symphony website at www.asiaamericasymphony.org.  LPGA Pro Lori West will attend this tournament.

  • LPGA EVENT
    Mr. Takata attended a private LPGA event at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dana Point, California on March 19, 2012.  The event was attended by prominent Japanese businessmen and senior officials of the LPGA including Commissioner Michael Whan.  LPGA players present were Ai Miyazato, Mika Miyazato, and Beartiz Recardi.  Mr. Takata was able to meet the LPGA commissioner and the LPGA players.

  • CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
    Mr. Takata attended the charity golf tournament for Athletes Touch recently at the Trump National Golf Course in Palos Verdes, California.  It was a fun event with several celebrities and prominent people there.   Athletes Touch helps professional athletes transition from sports to private life.  Many athletes have problems adjusting to private life after a career in sports.   • OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL WINNERS
    Mr. Takata met two Japanese Olympic Gold Medal winners at his country club recently.  He met Kosuke Kitajima who won  4 gold medals and 2 bronze medals in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics.  Mr. Kitajima specializes in the breaststroke swimming event.  He also met Takahiro Nomura who won  3 gold medals in the 1996, 2000 and 2004 Olympics in judo.  It was very exciting to meet these prominent athletes.

  • CHARITY EVENT IN LAS VEGAS DECEMBER 9, 2011
    Mr. Takata attended the charity event held at the Venetian Hotel for the One Step Closer Foundation on December 9, 2011.  It was a fund event and there were many celebrities attending including Davis Zayas, star of the hit TV series Dexter on Showtime, and Montel Williams, well known talk show host.  Also, Jacob is friends with many pretty ladies.  The foundation helps to fund research to advance the cure of Cerebral Palsy.  The director is Jacob Zawelski who has cerbral palsy but is able to lead a fairly normal life.  Mr. Takata took a photo of the beautiful Christmas…
