Mr. Takata is a collector of vintage watches.  He has a small collection of US made vintage watches.  He recently purchased a vintage Japanese brand Seiko watch made in the 1920s.  It is very rare and the watch is in good condition.  At that time Seiko made watches under the "Nation" brand.  This watch is shown in a Japanese vintage watch publication.  It is believed to be one of the earliest wrist watches made by Seiko.  Wrist watches did not become popular until the late 1920s and early 1930s.
